The BMC Series represents horizontal boring machines designed for the following metalworking operations:

• boring (enlarging and aligning internal surfaces) of holes in workpieces for mass and small-batch production,
• drilling and core drilling,
• internal and external thread machining,
• turning of cylindrical workpieces, cylindrical and face milling of surfaces and slots.

Equipment of this type is suitable for mass production with regularly repeating operations. These machines are popular due to their capability to work with large workpieces. The rotary-type table allows for extended automatic operation without workpiece repositioning.
