Description

Machine Bed

Machine Bed


The machine bed is designed using dynamic and FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Reinforced ribs are utilized for optimal strength, rigidity, and machine stability. The structural elements of the machine are enlarged, providing very high cutting capability and exceptional rigidity. The main machine components (i.e., table, bed, column, tool carrier, etc.) are manufactured from high-strength cast iron and undergo thermal annealing / Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) treatment.
