Description
Machine Bed
The machine bed is designed using dynamic and FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Reinforced ribs are utilized for optimal strength, rigidity, and machine stability. The structural elements of the machine are enlarged, providing very high cutting capability and exceptional rigidity. The main machine components (i.e., table, bed, column, tool carrier, etc.) are manufactured from high-strength cast iron and undergo thermal annealing / Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) treatment.
Spindle
The electric spindle is equipped with a ring-type coolant union at the end for tool cooling. It features advantages such as high speed, high precision, high dynamic response, etc. It provides smooth speed regulation and has a built-in high-precision encoder to achieve oriented precise stops and rigid tapping.
Work Area Protection
The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed safety guard that meets safety standards, preventing coolant and chip splashing, ensuring operational safety, and providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The machine is fitted with telescopic covers for effective protection of the guideways and ball screws.
Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
The automatic tool changing device is equipped with a vertical magazine. The magazine is located to the left of the tool spindle, protected from chips and coolant by a special sheet metal shield. Tools are held in positions (pockets) by spring force in a horizontal position. During tool change, using pneumatic drive, the tool from the specified position moves from horizontal to vertical orientation. A special processing unit equipped with a double gripper performs the prepared tool change. Loading and unloading of tools in the magazine is performed by the automated tool change system and tool spindle.
Rotary-Tilting Table
The direct-drive rotary-tilting table is equipped with a high-precision absolute encoder and features water cooling functionality, maintaining constant temperature of the working surface. The rotation angle sensor is mounted directly on the corresponding axis, ensuring high positioning accuracy. The rotating and tilting axes are equipped with direct-drive (high-torque) motors (A and C axes).
Its advantages include high rigidity, high precision, and high dynamic response.
Guideways and Ball Screws
X, Y, and Z axes utilize ultra-rigid high-precision roller linear guides and high-performance ball screws, featuring low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low vibration at high speeds, no creep at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo characteristics. The X, Y, Z axis servomotors are connected to high-precision ball screws via couplings, providing flexible feed, precise positioning, and high transmission accuracy. The Z-axis servomotor is equipped with a braking function. In case of power failure, the brake can automatically hold the motor shaft to prevent rotation, thus providing protection.
Cooling System
The machine is equipped with a high-capacity coolant pump and coolant tank to ensure sufficient cooling of tools and workpieces. The spindle housing face is equipped with coolant nozzles controlled via M-code or through the operator control panel. The machine can also be equipped with a coolant chiller with temperature maintenance function to ensure that the electric spindle and direct-drive rotary table remain in a thermostatic state and can operate effectively for extended periods.
Automatic Lubrication System
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication pump. It supplies oil to the guideways, ball screws, and bearings for smooth operation and increased machine service life.
Testing and Accuracy
The machine can be equipped with Renishaw's AxiSet Check-Up rotary axis verification kit combined with the workpiece measurement system. This allows machine users to quickly and accurately verify rotary axis conditions, identify problems caused by temperature and humidity changes, machine collisions, or wear of moving parts, quickly set up and locate performance checks, and evaluate and track changes over time.

Automatic Chip Removal
Chip augers are installed inside the working area for automatic chip evacuation from the cutting zone to the chip conveyor belt. This option simplifies machine operator's work and helps reduce maintenance time.
The belt-type (scraper) chip conveyor
is designed for efficient removal of chips from various metals of different lengths. Well-suited for removing long and spiral chips of 50 mm and longer.
