Description

Machine Bed

Machine Bed


The machine bed is constructed as a vertical frame structure with a wide and robust foundation and saddle, featuring a box-type column that ensures performance without vibration or deformation during high-speed movements.

It is designed using Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis and provides superior machine stability. The machine bed weight is optimized and reinforced with multiple ribbing structures, which has allowed for reduced machine mass without compromising the overall structural rigidity. The alloy grade used is MEEHANIT series cast iron.

Spindle

The spindle features characteristics such as low power loss, minimal vibration, low noise levels, reduced heat generation, etc., ensuring high-precision machining and high-quality rigid tapping. The spindle provides smooth speed regulation across its full range. It is equipped with a non-contact feedback switch for automatic detection of tool clamping looseness.

The coolant tank is equipped with a motor, hoses, and adjustable nozzles. The coolant delivery system provides rapid and effective cooling of the cutting tools and workpieces to enhance machining productivity and quality.
