Description
Bed
The bed is made of special Meehanite cast iron, internally reinforced with additional ribs, providing superior rigidity and stability. This design significantly reduces vibration, thermal expansion, and deformation that occur during heavy-duty turning operations.
Spindle
The high-torque spindle is designed for heavy cutting conditions, reducing the number of rough passes and thereby decreasing machining time.
Guideways and Ball Screws
Ultra-rigid high-precision roller linear guideways and high-performance ball screws are used on X, Y, and Z axes , featuring low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity,low vibration at high speed, no creep at low speed, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo characteristics.X, Y,Z axes servo drives are connected to high- precision ball screws through couplings, providing flexible feed,precise positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
Table (Turntable)
The machine table (turntable) allows trouble-free workpiece mounting. The table design simultaneously employs two types of bearings hydrostatic and mechanical, along with counter-rotating drive gears, enabling unmatched accuracy combined with higher maximum weight capacity.
W-axis
The cross rail moves vertically along the columns using hydraulics. The W-axis reduces tool overhang, providing additional machining rigidity and reducing tool approach time.
Tool Support
The tool support is constructed from high- strength casting. A linear roller guideway is installed on the Z-axis. The Z-axis screw is driven directly behind the support and has the same center as the spindle. The Z-axis is equipped with an AC servo drive for direct ball screw drive through an elastic coupling and provides vertical up and down movement of the support.
CNC System
The latest FANUC CNC control system is equipped with advanced and powerful functionality. In addition to ISO code programming, operator-friendly programming with an intuitive interface can be performed using additional software, i.e., Manual Guide 0i&l. It helps the operator generate part programs quickly and efficiently using powerful and comprehensive graphics packages.
