Description
Machine Bed
The machine bed is designed using dynamic and FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Reinforced ribs are utilized for optimal strength, rigidity, and machine stability. The structural elements of the machine are enlarged, providing very high cutting capability and exceptional rigidity. The main machine components (i.e., table, bed, column, tool carrier, etc.) are manufactured from high-strength cast iron and undergo thermal annealing / Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) treatment.
Spindle
The spindle features low power loss, low vibration, low noise levels, reduced heat generation, etc., ensuring high-precision machining and high-quality rigid tapping. The spindle provides smooth speed control throughout its entire range. The spindle is equipped with a non-contact feedback switch for automatic detection of tool clamping looseness.
Cooling System
The coolant tank is equipped with a motor, hoses, and adjustable nozzles. The coolant delivery system provides rapid and effective cooling of the cutting tools and workpieces to enhance machining productivity and quality.
Guiderails and Ball Screws
Heavy-duty and rigid box ways are installed on all X, Y, and Z axes.Large-diameter, high-precision ball screws are pre-loaded to increase transmission rigidity and eliminate thermal deformation during rapid traverse.
Automatic Chip Removal
Larger models can be equipped with chip augers installed inside the working zone for automatic chip evacuation from the cutting area to the belt conveyor. This option simplifies machine operator's work and helps reduce maintenance time.
Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
The swing-arm type Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) is designed for high-efficiency multi-task machining. Tool changing is performed using pneumatic and electrical systems, ensuring reduced air pollution and easy maintenance. The cam mechanism provides rapid tool changes with high reliability for continuous machining operations.
Belt-Type (Scraper) Chip Conveyor
Designed for efficient removal of metal chips of various lengths and materials. Well-adapted for evacuating long and spiral chips from 50 mm and longer.
Telescopic Guideway Covers
Telescopic covers are installed on all axes to prevent the intrusion of chips, debris, and coolant, providing reliable protection for the ball screws, guideways, and bearings.
Testing and Accuracy
Strict quality control is maintained throughout the entire machining and assembly process to guarantee perfect precision. RENISHAW laser and mechanical measurement tools and equipment are used to enhance quality control efficiency.
CNC Control System
The latest FANUC 0i-MF CNC control system (standard configuration) is equipped with advanced and powerful functions. In addition to ISO code programming, with supplementary software such as Manual Guide 0i & i, operators can perform convenient in-process editing or conversational programming with an intuitive interface.
Automatic Lubrication System
The machine is equipped with anautomatic lubrication pump. lt supplies oilto the guideways, ball screws, andbearings to ensure smooth operation andextend the machine's service life.
